What will I learn?
You'll learn how the human body responds to breath-holding and water pressure, and how to use that knowledge to dive safely. You'll master pre-dive breathing routines, relaxation techniques, and CO2 tolerance training that directly extend your breath-hold time. The course covers all essential equipment, from low-volume masks and freediving fins to weight systems and wetsuits. You'll practise static and dynamic apnea in the pool before moving to open-water dives with a certified buddy system. Safety is built into every module, including shallow water blackout prevention, rescue procedures, and environmental hazard awareness. By the end, you'll meet beginner certification standards and have a clear plan for continuing your progression.
