Know-how Training is a short, practical course that shows you how to learn directly on site, turn daily routines into repeatable results, and capture critical tacit skills. You will use simple KPIs, micro-practice, and mentor feedback to improve briefings, conflict handling, and process fixes, then apply ready-made checklists, templates, and transfer plans to train future apprentices with confidence and consistency.
