The Women’s Kickboxing Course equips you with practical tools to create safe, engaging group sessions for women aged 22–45, covering warm-ups and injury prevention through to punch and kick progressions, combinations, and defence techniques. You will learn to handle mixed ability levels, foster an inclusive class environment, incorporate realistic self-defence, monitor progress across 6-week cycles, and lead confident, energetic sessions that encourage repeat attendance.
