What will I learn?
The Track and Field Course provides a straightforward, hands-on approach to organising a 12-week overall training cycle, creating useful weekly plans, and setting up safe, effective training sessions for athletes aged 16 to 18. You'll pick up tips on avoiding injuries, handling training loads, using assessment and tracking methods, drills tailored to different events, and basic ways to recover, eat right, and communicate that you can use right away to boost performance.
