What will I learn?
The Mountaineer Course provides a focused 8–10 week programme to get ready for high-alpine goals with proper conditioning, strength building, and recovery methods. You will learn to choose and pack suitable gear, assess routes and dangers, organise movement and communication, and use key rope, rescue, and technical techniques to climb well, handle risks, and deal confidently in tough alpine areas.
