What will I learn?
You will learn how to stand, glide, and stroke forward and backward with proper technique and control. You will master essential stops, basic turns including three-turns and Mohawks, and foundational jumps like the waltz jump, Salchow, and toe loop. Spin mechanics are covered from the ground up, including two-foot, one-foot upright, sit, and camel spins. Off-ice training, nutrition, and mental skills modules give you a complete athletic foundation. You will also learn how figure skating is judged so you understand exactly what counts. By the end, you will put every skill together into a performance-ready beginner programme skated to music.
