What will I learn?
You will build a complete foundation in coffee, starting with how beans are grown, processed, and roasted, and how those factors shape the flavour in your cup. You will learn to operate and maintain commercial espresso machines and grinders, dial in espresso recipes using dose, yield, and brew ratio, and steam milk to the right texture for lattes, cappuccinos, and flat whites. The course also covers latte art fundamentals, full café menu construction, customer service, food safety, and basic café business operations. By the end, you will have the practical skills and knowledge to perform at a professional level on a real café bar.
