What will I learn?

This course offers a hands-on, rapid introduction to contemporary voice communication systems, spanning traditional PSTN and TDM PBXs through to VoIP, SIP, and RTP protocols. Participants will master designing dial plans, call routing, and numbering schemes, planning system migrations, managing analogue equipment, and integrating IP or cloud-based PBXs. Coverage extends to quality of service, security measures, redundancy, emergency calling services, and practical testing methodologies to confidently implement robust, superior-quality telephony setups.
