This course provides practical skills for designing and operating tooling to produce reliable 2.0 mm 304 stainless steel brackets. Participants learn bracket geometry and tolerances, forming methods, die sets, springback control, drill jigs, bushings, feeds, speeds, wear management, heat treatment, coatings, inspection, and risk control for low-defect production.
