The Track and Field Course provides a straightforward, hands-on approach to organising a 12-week training cycle, creating useful weekly plans, and developing safe, effective training sessions for athletes aged 16–18. You will learn about preventing injuries, managing training loads, tools for testing and tracking progress, drills tailored to specific events, and easy strategies for recovery, nutrition, and communication that you can use right away to boost performance.
