What will I learn?

The Mountaineer Course provides a targeted 8–10 week programme to get ready for high-alpine goals with organised fitness training, strength building, and recovery methods. You will learn to choose and pack suitable equipment, assess routes and dangers, organise movement and communication, and use key rope, rescue, and technical techniques to climb effectively, handle risks, and react assuredly in challenging alpine areas.
