What will I learn?
Cognate Course gives a short, hands-on look at student stress and wellbeing, bringing together public health, neuroscience, social factors, and education. You'll learn main signs of mental health, tested ways to measure them, key models for stress and coping, and proven interventions on campus. Then, you'll plan, carry out, and check simple, low-risk programmes using straightforward methods from different fields and proper ethical reporting.
