Learn essential anatomy, stretch physiology, and contraindications, then apply static, dynamic, ballistic, PNF, and myofascial techniques alongside breath work and nervous system regulation. Develop ethical assessments, create 6-week programmes, monitor outcomes, and conduct effective 30–45 minute sessions that clients can experience and track.
