What will I learn?

This short, hands-on course will build your confidence in handling hazards, using HACCP principles, and keeping every part of food production in check. You will learn to spot biological, chemical, and physical dangers, set and watch critical limits, keep proper records, create good training, and follow strict hygiene, cleaning, allergen, and temperature rules that meet high safety standards.
