The Brewery Course equips you with hands-on skills to craft and carry out a steady pale ale on a 5-bbl setup. You'll pick up recipe creation, gravity and IBU figuring, hop and yeast picking, water tweaking, and spot-on brew day handling. Get the hang of cleaning, CIP, quality inspections, stopping contamination, fixing issues, and ways to scale up so each batch hits the mark on tech specs and taste.
