You'll learn to create dialplans, call flows, and numbering schemes, plan shifts to new systems, manage analogue gear, and link up IP or cloud PBXs. It also tackles QoS, security, backups, E911, and practical tests to help you roll out solid, top-notch calling setups confidently.
