What will I learn?
This training equips you to safely inspect, clean, sanitise, and reassemble wall-mounted split units and ceiling cassettes in areas sensitive to food contamination. You will cover essential topics like using proper personal protective equipment (PPE), lockout/tagout procedures, cleaning coils and drains, caring for filters, selecting appropriate chemicals, checking airflow and condensate, documenting work, and planning ongoing maintenance to boost hygiene, comfort, unit reliability, and energy savings for clients.
