What will I learn?
This course teaches how to create safe, low-impact swimming sessions in the pool, customised for each trimester of pregnancy. You will master warm-up and cool-down routines, monitor exercise intensity, and grasp key aquatic safety principles. Develop skills to structure 45–60 minute workouts, devise weekly programmes, modify exercises as pregnancy advances, and recognise when to adjust, halt, or consult medical professionals for assured, comfortable training.
