What will I learn?

PRM (Persons with Reduced Mobility) Training provides practical skills for safely assisting wheelchair users, blind and low-vision passengers, and travellers with limited stamina on platforms and trains. You will learn risk assessment, ramp deployment, guiding methods, communication and de-escalation strategies, legal responsibilities, documentation practices, and effective colleague coordination to ensure confident, compliant, and dignified passenger assistance daily.
