Perineal Re-education Training equips physiotherapists with practical tools to evaluate postpartum pelvic floor function, develop 8–12 week rehabilitation programmes, address pain and incontinence, identify red flags, and engage empathetically using evidence-based pelvic health approaches. This course covers detailed anatomy, injury mechanisms from birth, safe exercise progression, outcome measures, trauma-informed communication, partner involvement, and indications for adjunct therapies or referrals to optimise recovery.
