What will I learn?
This Innate Immunity Course provides a focused overview of respiratory antiviral defences, covering epithelial barriers, macrophages, dendritic cells, neutrophils, NK cells, interferons, cytokines, complement, and acute phase proteins. Participants will learn to design realistic in vitro and ex vivo experiments, apply biosafety standards, interpret complex innate-response data, and translate findings into biomarkers, vaccine adjuvants, and targeted therapeutics.
