Learn pH control, shelf-life and thermal processing, flavour layering, chilli selection, texture and stabilisation, ingredient ratios, and heat management. Follow a clear 10-litre production workflow, master labelling and packaging, and apply practical quality control and troubleshooting for reliable, market-ready sauces.
