What will I learn?
Farmer Baker Training provides a comprehensive, hands-on journey from field to finished loaf. Participants learn to plan grain production, manage soils, control weeds and diseases, and time harvests for optimal quality. The course covers post-harvest handling, storage, on-farm milling, dough formulation, fermentation, and wood-fired baking, concluding with food safety, annual workflow planning, and effective, narrative-driven direct sales.
