What will I learn?

This General Telephony Course provides a practical, fast-paced overview of modern voice systems, from PSTN and TDM PBXs to VoIP, SIP, and RTP. Learners design dialplans, call flows, and numbering schemes, plan migrations, manage analogue devices, and integrate IP or cloud PBXs. The course also addresses QoS, security, redundancy, E911, and real-world testing to enable confident deployment of stable, high-quality calling environments.
