The Development Cooperation Course provides practical skills to assess humanitarian needs, analyse flood-affected rural contexts, and design principled, results-based projects. Participants learn to apply Sphere and Core Humanitarian Standards, engage communities inclusively, plan resources and staffing, manage risks, and establish simple MEAL systems that enhance impact, accountability, and donor-ready proposals.
