What will I learn?
The Individual Support Course provides you with practical tools to build trust, manage sensitive conversations, and develop person-centred plans for older adults with chronic conditions. Learn to evaluate risks, assist with daily living, respect autonomy, safeguard confidentiality, and liaise with health and community services whilst documenting clearly and reflecting on your own practice for ongoing improvement.
