What will I learn?
Kaizen Training teaches how to organise and conduct targeted 3–5 day improvement workshops that reduce defects, waste, and delays in machining processes. Participants will learn to map existing workflows, define issues clearly, gather and compare data, set SMART objectives, and use root cause methods such as 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams, FMEA, and Pareto analysis. The course covers developing effective countermeasures, standard procedures, visual management systems, and KPIs to ensure sustained results and foster a culture of ongoing enhancement.
