You will master yeast and nutrient selection, temperature management, cap handling, oak and vessel strategies, malolactic fermentation and sulfite planning, oxygen control, sanitation protocols, risk mitigation, laboratory testing, blending techniques, and meticulous record-keeping to produce consistently clean, stable, fruit-forward wines.
