What will I learn?

This CNC Turning and Milling Course builds practical skills for planning, setting up, and operating CNC lathes and mills to produce precise shafts and keyways in AISI 1045 steel. Participants learn insert and toolholder selection, cutting data setup including RPM and feeds, surface finish control, technical drawing interpretation, dimension and runout inspection, and preparation of traceable parts for downstream manufacturing.
