What will I learn?

This course provides hands-on skills for machining high-strength alloy shafts using CNC machines. Participants learn to select machines, secure workpieces, determine cutting parameters, and choose tool materials for steels with 32–36 HRC hardness. Key topics include coolant strategies, toolpath optimization, surface finish control, metrology techniques, and structured validation processes for production control to reduce cycle times, improve quality, and prolong tool life in shop floor environments.
