This Self-defence Training Course provides a straightforward, practical approach to developing real-life safety skills quickly. You'll learn to organise secure training sessions, instruct basic techniques to escape from grabs, shoves, and being pinned against a wall, introduce simple striking methods and ways to get up from the ground, and plan programmes lasting 4 to 8 weeks. Additionally, you'll acquire coaching tools that consider trauma, ways to adapt for inclusivity, and straightforward methods to evaluate progress and plan ahead.
