The Mountaineer Course provides a focused 8–10 week programme to get ready for high-alpine goals with organised conditioning, strength, and recovery methods. Learn to choose and pack the proper gear, assess routes and dangers, organise movement and communication, and use key rope, rescue, and technical abilities so you can climb well, handle risks, and react surely in tough alpine areas.
