This course shows you how to create safe and effective training sessions using only resistance bands, from warm-up right through to cool-down. You'll master selecting the right bands, proper anchoring techniques, and essential safety measures, along with full-body strength exercises, core stability work, and mobility routines featuring precise coaching instructions. Develop 4-week training progressions, handle participants of varying abilities, minimise injury risks, and design efficient 45–60 minute sessions that produce reliable, trackable improvements.
