What will I learn?

This course provides a practical guide to Bayesian analysis of vaccine trial data. Learners will define binomial models, create trial scenarios, develop priors for vaccine efficacy from expert input, perform Bayesian updates, summarise posteriors, conduct robustness checks, sidestep pitfalls, and convey uncertainty effectively to decision-makers in actual studies.
