What will I learn?
The Learning to be Approachable Course provides practical tools to foster trust, emotional safety, and open communication in any team. Participants will practise active listening, empathy, and Nonviolent Communication, learn specific behaviours and small habits that show openness, plan inclusive one-on-one sessions and meetings, and develop a straightforward 12-week strategy to maintain a supportive, feedback-oriented environment with trackable outcomes.
