What will I learn?
Cognate Course provides a short, hands-on look at student stress and wellbeing, bringing together public health, neuroscience, social factors, and education. You'll learn main signs of mental health, trusted ways to measure them, key models of stress and coping, and proven interventions on campus. Then, you'll plan, carry out, and check simple, low-risk programmes using straightforward methods from different fields and proper ethical reporting.
