You'll gain knowledge on exact harvest goals, handling grapes upon arrival and pressing them, clearing the must, planning fermentation, deciding on malolactic fermentation, managing lees, stabilising the wine, controlling the bottling process, and preventing risks, ensuring you can reliably produce top-quality wines that stay fresh on the shelf with appealing flavours and scents.
