What will I learn?

The Game Maker Course guides you through creating a polished 2D arcade prototype in GameMaker, starting from proper project structure and naming conventions to player controls, enemies, scoring, and UI. You will learn GML scripting, events, collisions, and feedback using sound, particles, and HUDs. Additionally, you will practise debugging, documentation, analytics, and planning a roadmap to expand your prototype into a full game.
