What will I learn?
This course provides hands-on foundry skills for producing high-quality gray iron pump housings with minimal defects and enhanced safety. Participants will master melt chemistry control, furnace and charge selection, inoculation, slag management, ladle preparation, gating and riser techniques, nondestructive testing, defect analysis, and key safety protocols for immediate use in production.
