What will I learn?
This course provides a full, hands-on framework to create a 10-year cash flow model, starting from choosing the market and designing unit mixes to setting prices, arranging financing, and analysing exits. You will learn how to find and check data, set up budgets for closing and renovations, model loans, work out IRR, equity multiple, and cash-on-cash returns, and perform straightforward sensitivity analyses to back up solid, well-recorded investment choices.
