What will I learn?

This course provides a practical framework for managing hamstring injuries from late rehabilitation to full competition. You will learn on-field functional assessments, sprint and agility testing, strength and neuromuscular benchmarks, and 7–14 day rehab planning. Master monitoring, load management, and communication strategies to minimise re-injury risk and enable confident, data-driven return-to-play decisions.
