This course teaches you to make professional bean-to-bar chocolate using home equipment. Master cocoa sourcing, roasting, grinding, refining, conching, tempering, moulding, and finishing. Gain skills in hygiene, recipe formulation, costing, and quality control for consistent, glossy bars with balanced flavour and reliable results.
