What will I learn?
This course provides hands-on training in constructing precise and safe carbon steel tank assemblies, from plate preparation through to final inspection. Participants will learn plate cutting, rolling, shell fit-up, process selection, joint design, distortion control, flange and nozzle preparation for machining, basic lifting and rigging, NDT fundamentals, and dimensional verification to satisfy strict project requirements.
