What will I learn?

This Kaizen Training course teaches you to plan and execute targeted 3–5 day improvement events that reduce defects, scrap, and delays in machining lines. You'll map processes, define problems, gather benchmark data, establish SMART goals, and use root cause tools including 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams, FMEA, and Pareto analysis. Develop effective countermeasures, standard work procedures, visual management systems, and KPIs to maintain improvements and foster a culture of ongoing continuous enhancement in daily operations.
