What Will I Learn?

This certification course provides targeted training for producing reliable thin-walled aerospace housings. You will learn metallurgy of aluminium and titanium, TIG welding process planning, joint design, distortion control and fixturing techniques. Master AWS D17.1 specifications, WPS/PQR documentation, NDT methods, leak testing, traceability and risk mitigation to ensure welds meet stringent flight standards and pass audits confidently.
